July Coffee Offerings
Tougo Coffee Co’s new movement is based on the premise that we work with our partners to supply the highest grade single origin coffee (s) that we in turn will prepare in 4 brewing methods.
1) Chemex Brewing Method. The Chemex brews the coffee using an infusion method, which makes it similar to drip coffee in terms of body and taste.
2) Vacpot brewing Method. Vacuum brewed coffee was invented in the 1840’s in France, and became popular in the United Stated somewhere in the Mid 20th Century.
3) Pour Over. Pour Over Method Is the drip coffees equivalent calling to an espresso in terms of speed and efficiency.
4) Press Pot. When Brewed correctly, press pot “AKA” French Press Coffee is rich, heavy and syrupy on the palate, coating the tongue with all the subtleties and nuances that can be lost with paper filters when used in auto brew methods.
